The Tea Room At Vinson Square

We are almost through January, can you believe it.  Our intersection at 2nd & Elm Street is now open and beautiful.  They have begun the work on 1st & Elm and we hope it will be finished quickly.  Our good weather has helped, but now we are expecting cooler temps.  We have begun our delivery to nearby businesses and schools and government offices in Rogers.  This has been a welcome service to many of our business owners  and teachers who can't get away for lunch.  Call us to see if you are near our delivery area. 

Hi Friends, only a few more days until Christmas.  We have had many fun Christmas parties and gift exchanges and gatherings.  We have also had many people visiting the gift shop for unique gift items plus the fun things we make in the shop our cooks aprons, hostess aprons and childrens aprons.  We are expecting a great week and will be open through December 24th.  Gift certificates for the restaurant make a great gift too.

We will be closing from Christmas through New Years to give our people some time with their families but will reopen on January 5th.  We are going to begin a new delivery service for carryout orders in the local downtown area.  We will have a nominal delivery fee and are outlining the area we can deliver to.  Progress is happening downtown with the new intersections, it looks like the one at Cherry & 2nd is nearly complete and it looks nice.  We are bracing for the beginning of our corner, but we hope to reroute all our customers to come in on 2nd Street instead of 1st Street.  It will certainly dress up downtown when the project is complete.  Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2010.

Wow we are close to Thanksgiving.  We hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving.  The Tea Room will be closed on Thursday but open the rest of the week.  My sister and brother in law are graciously inviting everyone in our immediate family for late lunch, so I will not have to cook for Thanksgiving.  I am looking forward to a relaxing day visiting with my family & friends.
